Concentrating on the Restaurant and Health Care industries, we work entirely on behalf of our clients, with no percentage of our fees awarded to vendors. Our performance-based compensation is contingent on results and calculated exclusively on a share of recovered costs or any new savings our services generate.

Utilizing the experience of our consultants, we evaluate invoices and negotiate directly with vendors to generate refunds and obtain credits. We review and analyze policies, procedures and contractual obligations, and initiate/manage the cost recovery process. We will examine your current situation, research cost-saving opportunities and submit recommendations geared to impact your bottom line and generate future savings. This analysis is performed off-site with minimal disruption to your business. Once the required data is received, cash recovery can be realized in a little as 60 days.
